People usually meet me one of two ways. Either through a sixty-second drum session that found them at the right moment, or through a bottle of something I formulated. What they don't always know is that both come from the exact same place in me. 
I grew up around plants before I understood what that meant. My grandmother worked as a healer in Zimbabwe, and I spent my childhood watching her hands, not reading about it. Years later I became a Certified Master Herbalist, mostly because I wanted the discipline to back up what I'd already seen work. The drum came later, and quietly. It started as something I did alone, just to get my own mind to slow down. I never planned on either of these becoming public. They just did, because people kept telling me they needed exactly that. 
I don't see the two as separate. The drum steadies the mind. The formulas support the body. Different tools, same intention: help you come back to yourself.
